Rules
1. SERVER RULES
1.1 It is prohibited to issue incorrect punishments (ban, kick or mute), to issue punishments for a longer period and/or without evidence.
— Punishment » account blocking for 7 days;
— For repeated violations » account blocking forever and removal of privileges.
— Interpretation of the rules in words is allowed.
1.2 It is prohibited to abuse punishment commands (ban, kick or mute) for the purpose of entertainment or gain. Abuse of server commands for the purpose of interfering with the gameplay of other players.
— Punishment » account blocking for 14 days;
— For repeated violations » account blocking forever and removal of privileges.
1.3 It is prohibited to grief and/or interfere with players in god mode, flight mode, high speed or invisibility.
— Punishment » account blocking for 30 days;
— Repeated violation » permanent account blocking and removal of privileges.
1.4 Griefing with a warp, installing a warp next to a trap is prohibited. The trap must be at least 40 blocks from the warp, crystal locations can be installed 20 blocks from the warp.
— Punishment » account blocking for 30 days.
1.5 It is prohibited to create your own clan or title that violates the chat rules.
— Punishment » owner blocking for up to 7 days.
— Clans/titles that violate this rule are deleted.
1.6 It is prohibited to use nicknames that violate server rules, similar to the nicknames of the administration, with the prefix "Admin".
— Punishment » permanent account blocking and removal of privileges.
*Nicknames similar to YouTube admins are not blocked.
1.7 It is prohibited to have three (inclusive) or more alternative accounts on the server at the same time.
— Punishment » permanent blocking of all accounts.
1.8 Any commerce, purchase/sale of game resources, currency, items of other games, game functionality and capabilities, sale or transfer of an account to third parties in any form is prohibited.
— Punishment » permanent blocking of the account and removal of privileges.
1.9 Attempting to hack or hack accounts, extortion of player account data and other actions related to theft of accounts are prohibited.

1.10 Any harm to server performance is prohibited:
Creation of buildings and mechanisms that carry a load on the server;
Creation, use and storage of items that break the game balance;
Spilling liquid (water/lava) in large quantities without need (lava or water interacts with more than 50 blocks);
Interfering with the gameplay of a large number of players;
Bypassing server restrictions on the maximum number of entities;
A combination of the violations described above.
Using and storing items that break the game balance

— Buildings, items, entities and the region in which they are located are deleted.
1.11 It is forbidden to enter the server with any kind of software or hardware (cheats, clickers, auto-movement, X-ray textures, etc.) that provides an advantage, interferes with the gameplay and/or disrupts the balance. Its use and/or storage is prohibited.
— Punishment » permanent account blocking and removal of privileges.
— Storing a clicker is allowed if it is not used on our project.
Confession of using cheats.
— Punishment » 30-day block.
— Examples of prohibited mods: Crystal Optimizer, FreeCam, TapeMouse, AutoFish
— The offender's regions are deleted, and players associated with the offender are blocked according to rule 1.13.
1.12 It is prohibited to use errors, bugs, vulnerabilities of the server and Minecraft, any dupe (cloning) of resources/currency/other indicators, violation of balance, server economy, including dissemination of information about this.

Using minor bugs - account blocking for 1 day.
— Using the server command to duplicate resources (/clone) is not a violation.
1.13 It is forbidden to play in a team with a player who violates rule 1.11, including any interaction with this player for the purpose of obtaining a benefit: PVP against players, griefing, finding bases and interfering with other players.
- Account blocking for 14 days.
1.14 It is forbidden to create regions, warps or items with a name that insults or hurts the feelings of other players.
- Punishment » account blocking for 1 day.
- The region/item that violates the rule is deleted.
1.15 It is forbidden to organize targeted distribution of any game items.
- Punishment » account blocking for 1 day.
- Targeted distributions 3 days before the wipe are allowed.
1.16 It is forbidden to interfere with the administration and official YouTubers of the server.
- Punishment » account blocking for up to 7 days.
1.17 Offensive criticism of the server is prohibited.
— Punishment » account blocking for up to 7 days.
Insulting/criticizing the administration is prohibited.
— Punishment » account blocking for up to 7 days.
Insulting the administration's relatives is prohibited.
— Punishment » account blocking for up to 15 days.
1.18 Impersonating the administration is prohibited.
— Punishment » account blocking for up to 7 days.
1.19 Sending duplicate, similar or false complaints about players is prohibited.
— Punishment » account blocking for up to 7 days.
1.20 Any deception or misleading of the server administration is prohibited.
— Punishment » permanent account blocking and removal of privileges.
2. BEHAVIOR IN GAME CHATS
2.1 Messages that are completely or half uppercase, meaningless, monotonous and/or clutter the chat (Flood, Symbol Flood, Caps, Organizing Flood) are prohibited.
— Punishment » chat blocking for up to 2 hours.
It is prohibited to send more than 5 (inclusive) messages in a row without delay.
— Punishment » chat blocking for 3 to 4 hours.
2.2 Offensive, immoral, inappropriate behavior and incitement of ethnic hatred are prohibited.
— Punishment » chat blocking for up to 2 hours, voice chat for 4 hours.
2.3 Negative mention of relatives (including your own) is prohibited.
— Punishment » chat blocking for 3 days
2.4 Incitement of third parties to violate the rules is prohibited.

2.5 Any begging is prohibited.
— Punishment » chat blocking for 30 minutes
2.6 Advertising of referral programs is prohibited.

2.7 Advertising and mentioning of third-party resources in any form is prohibited.

— Mentioning of third-party servers is allowed.
2.8 Distribution of personal information (phone numbers, full names of users and their relatives, home addresses, email addresses or any other information that can be used to identify a person or violate their privacy), as well as threats of its distribution, is prohibited.

3. BUILDING RULES
3.1 It is forbidden to build mechanisms that automate the extraction of resources/items/other indicators without the participation of the player, unless this is provided for by the server mechanics.
— Punishment » blocking the account for 14 days and demolition of the building.
3.2 It is forbidden to build obscene, offensive buildings and inscriptions, as well as a building or inscription reflecting political morality.
— Punishment » blocking the account for up to 7 days and demolition of the building.
4. BEHAVIOR IN VOICE CHATS
-* All rules of conduct in game chats apply to voice chat.
4.1 It is forbidden to use soundpad, voicemod, etc. for more than 15 seconds during every 2 minutes.
— Punishment » chat block for 4 hours.
ADDITIONAL TERMS:
1. The game server administration has the right, at its own discretion, to increase the punishment term exceeding that specified in the rules, up to permanent blocking, depending on the severity of the violation and the situation.
2. The decision to block players by the game server administration is not subject to appeal if at the time of blocking there are no active purchased additional paid services on the project website.
3. For violating all project rules, all twink accounts (including those with overlapping IP addresses, purchases from one card and other signs of connection) are subject to blocking for the last 14 days.
4. When checking for the use of prohibited software (cheats), if the administration detects attempts to hide traces of their use (for example, deleting data from ShellBag, clearing the cache, manipulating system files, etc.), this will lead to immediate blocking of your account. Instant blocking also applies if during the check you: put resources or items in chests, etc., deliberately delay time or avoid interaction with the administration.
